ABOUT US
Hi, my name is Bryson Carmichael, and I’m the owner of Carmichael K9 Academy. I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, and about nine years ago, my parents began breeding dogs. Since then, I’ve been on a journey to learn everything about raising and training well-rounded, confident puppies—continually developing and applying the best techniques to achieve that goal.
In addition to hands-on experience with hundreds of puppies, I graduated from a six-month dog training program with American Standard Dog Training. Their trainers—many of whom are current or former police K9 handlers—bring hundreds of years of combined experience in training pet dogs, service dogs, and police K9s. To complete the program, I passed written exams covering dog training theory and demonstrated real-world training skills, showing proficiency in both.
Dog training has been a lifelong passion for me, and I’m always learning more about these amazing animals. Whether it’s raising the best puppy, teaching basic or advanced obedience, strengthening the bond between owners and their dogs, or exploring the countless other things that make dogs man’s best friend—this is what I love to do.

1) 12-Week Puppy Raise & TRAIN: ON ALL PUPPIES PURCHASED THRU PREMIER DOODLES (www.PremierDoodles.com). Your puppy will receive comprehensive training to become an exceptional companion with reliable on- and off-leash obedience, using balanced training methods. This program includes socialization, puppy manners, crate training, and potty training. The commands taught in this program include: Recall (come when called), Place (go to an elevated bed), Loose-leash walking (no pulling on the leash), Heeling (stay next to your left leg), Sit, Down, Crate (go to the crate), and stay on all stationary commands. All commands will be proofed off of distractions and reinforced in a variety of environments. This program also includes frequent video updates, homework videos, and extensive in-person training at the owner's home upon completion to ensure a smooth transition of training knowledge. 2) 2-Week Puppy Head Start: ONLY FOR PUPPIES PURCHASED THRU PREMIER DOODLES (www.PremierDoodles.com): Get a head start on foundational training for your puppy, including potty training, crate training, socialization, general commands (such as recall [coming when called], sit, down, place [going to an elevated bed], and loose-leash walking), as well as basic puppy manners.
