Raising Life Long Companions with Exceptional Manners and Obedience
Option 1: Puppy Raise & Train (Cost - $8,500)
The goal of this 12-week Puppy Raise & Train program is to finish with an amazing puppy who has top-notch obedience, is potty trained, crate trained, well-mannered, well-socialized, and can be confidently taken out in public. This includes all training outlined in the 2-week puppy head start program which is expanded upon in the 12-week raise & train program.
In the early weeks, I’ll focus on establishing the basics and building on them daily to ensure continuous improvement. Once your pup has received all the required immunizations, I’ll begin taking them on public outings to help them gain confidence in various scenarios — all while maintaining reliable, real-world obedience.
I’m a balanced trainer, which means I use positive reinforcement throughout all aspects of my training. I also establish rules and boundaries to clearly communicate what is and isn’t allowed. As we progress through the program, I’ll incorporate different training tools — including a leash and prong collar for on-leash obedience, and an e-collar for off-leash freedom and control.
If you have any questions about the tools I use, how they work, why I use them, or if you’d like to see examples of dogs I’ve trained with them, don’t hesitate to ask!
Throughout the training program, I’ll send video updates of your puppy along with training breakdowns, so you’ll have a clear understanding of how to maintain everything once the course is complete. At the end of the program, you’ll also get hands-on experience working with your pup in your home, and I’ll provide in-person feedback to make the transition as smooth as possible.
To ensure a successful transition, I’ll need you to:
-
Learn and apply the fundamental training principles presented and demonstrated during the transfer session. (A quick glimpse of what this will look like: we’ll go over how to use all training tools, practice demonstrations to ensure you understand how to use them, discuss how to respond if your pup ignores commands, take a public outing with your pup to put everything into practice, and more.)
-
Use the cues (commands) taught during training.
-
Practice daily with your pup (about 10 minutes per day, 6 days a week).
-
Integrate training into everyday routines (as outlined by me) to support behavior goals and avoid unintentionally reinforcing undesired behaviors.
Please keep in mind that after training is complete, your pup will only be 5 months old. This means he won’t be able to hold his bladder all day and will need to be taken out regularly. If left unsupervised outside of a crate for extended periods, he may begin to engage in destructive behaviors — such as chewing on inappropriate items or having accidents in the house if he hasn't had the chance to go outside. At this age, he will continue to need both physical and mental stimulation throughout the day, which can be provided through interactive training, play, and walks.

Option 2: Puppy Head Start
(Cost - $1,800)
The 2-week Puppy Head Start has a main focus on potty training, crate training, and an introduction to basic obedience. I will also begin working on puppy manners and socialization/environmental exposure. Additionally, I will film videos of the training sessions along with explanations, so you can continue progressing your puppy’s training after the program ends along with recommendations for the next steps.
Program Components:
• Potty Training:
I will get your puppy into a routine of going to the bathroom only on grass outdoors. I’ll share information on how to maintain this progress. Please note that your puppy will still be very young, and it is essential that you follow the routine I establish in order to maintain and build upon the progress made.

• Crate Training:
I will get your puppy comfortable with being in the crate, providing a safe den-like space for them to sleep, relax, and stay when you’re unable to supervise them.
• Introduction to Basic Obedience:
Your puppy will be introduced to marker training, food luring, hand signals, voice commands, and loose leash walking. Please understand that due to their age, the puppy will not yet have 100% reliability with these commands.
• Puppy Manners:
I will begin teaching the puppy not to bite hard, not to jump on people, and address demand barking, if it arises.
• Socialization & Environmental Exposure:
I will expose your puppy to car rides, new environments, different people, and safe, age-appropriate interactions with other dogs.
Important Note:
Your puppy will still have a lot of growing and learning to do. If you do not consistently reinforce the training taught during the program and explained in the videos provided, your puppy will not retain what they’ve learned.
